1. Eligibility

Tickets may only be sold to and purchased by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are physically located in the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

Members of the Board of Directors of the Dryden Food Bank, as well as employees directly involved in the conduct and management of the raffle, are not eligible to purchase tickets.

2. Ticket Sales

Tickets will be sold electronically through the online platform:

https://dfb.rafflenexus.com

All tickets will be delivered to purchasers via email.

Ticket Pricing:

- 20 tickets for $10

- 100 tickets for $20

- 300 tickets for $50

- 650 tickets for $75

There is no limit on the number of tickets available for sale.

3. Lottery Format

This is a 50/50 raffle lottery, where the total prize will consist of 50% of total ticket sales, and the remaining 50% will be retained by the Dryden Food Bank.

4. Draw Schedule

This raffle consists of a series of eight (8) monthly draws, running from May 2026 through December 2026.

For each monthly draw:

- Ticket Sales Open: First day of the month at 12:00 AM

- Ticket Sales Close: Last Thursday of the month at 11:59 PM (aside from December 2026)

- Draw Date & Time: Last Friday of the month at 3:00 PM (aside from December 2026)

  • Draw 1: Ticket sales start May 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of May 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on May 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • Draw 2: Ticket sales start June 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of June 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on June 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • Draw 3: Ticket sales start July 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of July 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on July 31, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • Draw 4: Ticket sales start August 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of August 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on August 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • Draw 5: Ticket sales start September 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of September 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on September 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • Draw 6: Ticket sales start October 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of October 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on October 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • Draw 7: Ticket sales start November 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of November 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on November 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
  • Draw 8: Ticket sales start December 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of December 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on December 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST.

5. Draw Method

Winning tickets will be selected using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system through the electronic raffle platform.

6. Prize Structure

Each monthly draw will award one (1) prize, equal to 50% of total ticket sales for that draw period.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold for each draw.

8. Winner Notification

The winning ticket number will be posted online at:

https://dfb.rafflenexus.com/winners

Winners will also be contacted by telephone on the day of the draw.

9. Prize Claim

Prizes must be claimed at:

Dryden, Ontario

Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification and proof of ticket purchase.

10. General Conditions

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

By purchasing a ticket, purchasers agree to abide by these Rules of Play.

The raffle will be conducted in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and all applicable municipal licensing requirements.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the raffle and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
